Hey Chasslo, the Helf clan outpost needs to be changed to cr_minor_secondary_isles_of_the_monkey_king. It is currently unavailable in the latest update.

I can confirm that neither the lizardman nor skaven landmarks that were in Kuresh prior to the update are appearing there now. In fact, the only landmarks that I see there is the universal kobra training grounds and I think the high elf landmark. Haven't gotten to other races but I know for certain that the lizardman and skaven landmarks need to be updated.

There's a little oddity with Isla de Estragon, in that there's 2 slots for 2 landmarks, but the province also has a resource (medicinal herbs), so it feels kinda bad to have to choose; vanilla does avoid this, for 'standard' factions you can always fit at least each landmark and resource building, afaik?

Specifically (as Skaven and I think Lizardmen?) there are two landmarks ("Treasures" and "Cavern") and a resource for the minor port settlement, which only has two slots. I know nothing of the lore, but would it not be reasonable to move the race-specific one to one of the other two settlements in the Zarmuda Triange province?

Settlements are not related to settlements through Scripts, they use slot templates. I'll try to take a look at it as soon as I'll have some time.

Yeah its definitely the renaming of settlements: Tor Lairha was the stand-in for the southern side of the Straits of Calith but that's been moved to its own province now, yet retains its landmark. That's actually cool, cos it lets the HE dominate that little stretch of the Southern Wastes now that they extend that far out.

A landmark in Lumbria, the new island chain to the South of not-Korea could be cool, it's supposed to be full of exotic monsters so something along those lines?

An indispensable mod: I wonder could we get a quick fix to the Lost City of the Old Ones landmark for the LM? The IEE rework changed it from a city into a province with one city and the landmark doesn't seem to have survived the translation. I think the same has happened to the Ulioghta Outpost and Melay. If you have the time, might be worth casting an eye over all of Khuresh just to be sure.

@Dasheroo Nothing strange actually, I'm talking about balance here.
It's too bland without any landmarks, but it's not fun when there are too many landmarks.
Vanilla landmarks are balanced, there are generally no unique buildings in every tiny village.

I generally love this mod, but I think that there are too many landmarks.
It's weird when every province has 1-2 regions with landmarks.
It just makes them feel less unique.

Please add some interesting/strong landmark for chaos dwarfs in Ungvarrskarr. It is such a nice thematic settlement for them with self-defence potential, but corrently there is 0 reasons to bother with it in the middle of nowhere.

The localisation for the landmarks in not-Korea should probably be updated to reflect the fact that region is called Khosun now rather than Ihan.

also the landmark Wonders of the Southern Isles is missing since the old settlement it was in (Uliohta outpost) got rework into a new settlement (Isles of the Monkey King), it's now a minor settlement and got moved to the west side of Ind instead between Ind and Khuresh; the landmark need either be reworked or move to a new settlement somewhere; thanks

Khuresh and South Chaos Waste got updated, the old landmarks in Khuresh are gone because all the old settlements got removed and now there are bunch of new ones; please update and if possible add some new ones; thanks

I thought I adjusted the Caves of Fire landmark but Apparently it didn't update properly. It should be fixed now

the caves of fire landmark "geothermal energy plant" is a T4 building, but duo to changes in IEE this is no longer a province capital and so it cannot be buillt by anyone. Thanks for the mod

I just tried it and can confirm that this new version works with IEE v.2.0.14. The only thing is that Prop Joe's mod manager still claims that your mod is missing the new IEE version as a dependency while using the old one, but I don't know what can be done about that or how important it is.

we did unsubscribe and resubcribe to all three mods. We disabled the landmarks for now, dont know whats causing it. Might be something we are doing wrong ill come back again during the weekend

Pains fix worked. It appears this mod is meant for the updated mainstay line of IEE mods, not the old alternate versions. Without ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ around in RPFM, I'm going to go ahead and disable this (great) mod, and roll back to IEE 2.0.14, to finish off my playthrough.

Step 2: Download the old version of Landmarks of Eternity-Immortal Empire Expanded edition from Chasslo's Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/file?h=137636847&m=524017293

Step 3: Disable the Immortal Empires Expanded [Ind & Steppes Update!] version
Enable the Immortal Empires Expanded [OLD v2.0.14] version
Copy & Paste the file from Chasslo's Patreon in your Warhammer III data folder.
Optional: Unsubscribe from this version of the mod. Normally the files inside the data
folder take priority over files from the workshop content folder so it shouldn't be needed,
but in case it fails for some reason, this step should make it bulletproof.
Enable Landmarks of Eternity-Immortal Empire Expanded edition [Reworked]

Step 4: Load your save and have fun continuing your campaign :)

I also ran into issues with new updates to IEE and this mod because the new IEE version is not save file compatible and will crash your game on loading your save, so I grabbed the old IEE version which then resulted in the same error already mentioned here which crashes the game on load:

"cr_minor_secondary_varindapurChasslo_Varindapur_Outpost in table
slot_template_permitted_building_chains_tables
and pack file Chasslo_Landmarks_IEE.pack"

But the solution is thankfully pretty easy thanks to other comments and the resources made available by the modders.

To explain a little bit, my game does not crash when I load the mod and IEE and Quinn's error is stating that cr_minor_secondary_varindapur is not in IEE. The thing is I have checked multiple times and I'm pretty sure this is the exact slot_template he's using. I'll stay online until I'm sure pretty much everyone's issue is fixed but it's by far the most suprising issue I've ran into since I began modding
