There should not be any DLC or downloadable Bonus parts required to complete this car, you should be able to find all the parts in the ingame addon parts shop that comes with base game.
said parts being the hood scoop and the various spoilers (have changed the size but are the same base parts)

However I am not perfect and the car editor doesn't have a label on any parts to know if said part belongs to a DLC or not, so one or two do eventually slip in occasionally, regarding the bonus parts and parts to complete the car, I try my best to use only the parts from the base version of the game so maximum people can enjoy the work without needing any other DLC packs.

If you come across any such parts that belongs to a DLC car pack, do let me know so I can change them or list the DLC.

Beautiful car (Love your stuff) and sounds fun, but the bonus parts required to look like this or complete the car, are not listed as required downloads. Trying to hunt peck and guess. Modder to modder a positive suggestion.
