To open the menu simply press [0] = zero on your keyboard (not the 0 in the numpad)

the map has become better thanks to the author for which I am very grateful to him

Currently you can't inspect knifes with skins, only vanilla variants as there isn't as far as i researched a way to add plugins to the map file which are required, so there is no away at the moment to do that. Hope i Helped
