It works fine. You don't have to load it with highest priority because game occasionally bugs out when loaded first.

Just restart and put it anywhere in the load order.

Не работает,пробовал ставить этот мод выше в порядке загрузок модов,но тогда получается половина старого фона и половина этого фона на главном меню(

@Alkanshel sorry I somehow forgot to mention its made for 1080P so there could be vertical black line on other resolutions
