@MangoCobra not now, if u needed you can go to mod defs, find apparel file or somehow i called it, find code of welding mask and change the layer, just copy from helmet, should be the same

the only error i remember is the feature of welding mask`s def, so u can wear it with helmet like workers in mpn

The game sends me a error that it isn't every time I try, and I have to manually edit each piece in mod options, so I cna only make it temporarily dyable!

@edward I'm sorry I'm not at my best lately. if I get a chance (get a coder, which will happen at best when the new euglena mod is finished) I'll make a mod that adds Generations (Madness lore part) through xenotypes, with the help of mechanics from anomaly I think it will be possible to make G03LM (they will be like gules). but honestly I've give up long time ago.

@Bluewave101 If I remember correctly, this is an old bug that occurs because I wanted the welder's mask to be worn with the helmet.
I can remove or make the mask normal, it will no longer be able to be worn with the helmet, but will not cause the annoying error, which only occurs once, though

when I crawl out of my get up/random shit/sleep cycle.
It should work without CE, I haven't tested CE but I would like it to be updated to anomaly.
It's actually very nice that my mod is being asked for an update, I didn't think anyone was using it at all.

yeah, after a while when i played the game i was extremely surprised to find out that the MERC HR is automatic, not semi-automatic as i originally thought. about the 5.56, i am kinda found out that it is 5.56 when i bought the rifle in arena mode and immediately modified it on the workbench where the 5.56 magazine was originally installed, and the size of the projectile was similar. but actually it was a long time ago and I don't really remember, and in general MERC I am able to do better now, the clothes in mod are flawed

Merc Heavy Rifle slaps, favorite gun. Realistically (in P:N2) it should be 7.62, not 5.56, but I don't really care, thing still hits like a damn FREIGHT train.
And I mean, that makes sense I suppose, it's designed to be used by the merc marksman dudes, but it can go full auto
so a weapon balanced around single accurate shots is gonna be able to SWEEP with 18-30 of those shots being spammed out in quick succession.

question, weapon component is quite common if you get raided a lot. however with no raid, the weapon component is rare. is there a way to convert already exisiting component into weapons component?

On Steam (the platform we are using right now) there is a game called Madness: Project Nexus (It is related to Madness Combat) and in the arena gamemode for said game there is a quartermaster character that sells you weapons and armour, all relating to Madness Combat

@Nankeen Kestrel Yes, in theory, laser and dissonance weapons will be easy to implement. Lasers are not beams, so they can be made like bullets with a different projectile, and dissonance will be like explosive shots, although they will lose the aiming feature, due to the fact that hitting the RW is calculated immediately as the shot happens, and projectile is a convention.

But as for CE, I’m far from sure that everything will be so simple, besides, I don’t know how calibers and the creation of projectiles work in it, but if you miss this, then in the end there remains dissonance, which is recharged on special generators in the game. Let’s say if you execute it in the form of an object that slowly accumulates dissonance,
then how can this be later used in crafting batteries for these guns (I’m sure that’s exactly how it is because in the game if you go to the weapon modification workbench there will be a choice of batteries for dissonance weapons)?
