I have revisited Kim Il Sung's ability design and change his economic focus from Commercial Hubs / Harbors to Encampments, allowing him being rewarded from keeping a large standing army.

Hopefully this will make the design more intuitive and more fitting to his historic image. Enjoy! :)

@Pyrocrates1 Unfortunately there is nothing much more than an extra row in the DuplicateCivilizations table. What I am doing is essentially creating a different "civilization" that is 99% identical to the original one, just that the icon is different.

It's interesting that you managed to have a different icon for Korea when led by this leader. If only other modders can do the same!
