It will hook ModPacket.Send and segment data exceeding 60000 bytes and perform hash verification when fully received.

Once the hash verification fails or the next segmented packet is not received within 60 seconds, it will be discarded.

what does this do? is this talking about the 65kb config limit size for starting servers?
