in the last part it quoted:
Make sure your mod pack has a unique name so it will not conflict with other mods, and that it is located in your Rome II data folder along with an image for your mod. This should be a 256x256 png image with the same name as your mod pack. If you do not have this image you will get an error message on trying to upload.

Hi yes It can take some time. It depends on how big the mod is and the steam server. One of my mod took like 5 min to get uploaded. But can I ask you a question did you made a png picture as listed in the tutorial? I cannot see it in the picture you sent me

For some reason it is stuck on "loading" https://prnt.sc/qm7nSTtUGzdf - it's been loading for 3-4 minutes. Does it take this long to upload or is it stuck?

Try to scroll down the list of the mods since the game tends to put the mod you save last

For the long uploading it can happen if the mod is big (at least i had that problem)

also the uploading takes forever
