ACE's medical does allow you to revive team mates. It's a little more in depth than just basic revive but the options allow you to configure it to be more advanced or more basic to your liking as well.

This is just a revive only mod that adds a revive function to existing missions if you are playing with it loaded. I can't vouch for it 100% as I haven't used this particular mod but it says it's based on or inspired by Psiko's revive which I use to play with way back before ACE and from memory it was pretty intuitive and nice.

Are you unable to revive teammates? I’ve not used ACE before, dose that give the option?
