so was this fixed? Thinking about starting a new HIP adventure on CK2 as CK3 after 5 years is still not at the same lvl

awesome mod, but for whatever reason provinces in germany and france start with 0 tech advancement and when it occasionally doesn't do this the values are kind of random.

Just as an aside, I think this conflict with Navigable rivers as many counties appeared empty when this mod was enabled.

the map is all weird, a lot of provinces are wilderness for some reason

@King Ferdinand, Historical Immersion Project (HIP) is downloaded on paradox forums (just do a google search for it). It's not on steam as it requires multiple files and an executable to fully install.

yeah it is HIP dependable, which most steam workshop users won't bother getting because of the download process

This mod only edit the HIP's map folder, so it would work with most mods including COAs mod, buildings mod, portraits mod, etc.

Trade routes mod may get wonky a bit since it cross a few (new) provinces but should be fine.

What confirmed not compatible is map that added new provinces, since it does the same thing.

You will need HIP + SWMH for this to work properly

what mods does this mod need? i'm not using any map mods and many of the provinces are barren, and if i use HIP then nothing changes, what do i have to do?

k I'll do some compatibility testing the next few days but I imagine mods that alter crests and seals will not work, as well as some apperance mods - and medieval earth will most likely be incompatible too

really? no idea mate, didn't use the forum. Do they add counties on europe or india? cuz this mod focus on crusader's world, not far east.

compatibility with other mods you have to test your own, it's impossible to know with ck2's hundreds of mod out there.

Is this in any way related to "[Submod] Expanded Map Edit" in the HIP subforum in the paradox forum? Because that too is named "A HIP Expanded Map". If so, how does this version compare to the one there? Is this the latest version?

Nah, the dejure liege can console cheat to vassalize these counties if they can't subjugate'em.

Plus only those 3 bookmarks would be weird, I prefer a historied holders for 867-1337, something I already did. I'll upload it as submod after I finish cleaning up the bloodlines.

Actually, this mod has been modified along the years I've played ck2, so the original file is so bloated I'm separating'em.

I think you at least should make it properly integrated into the main 3 startdates, 867, 936 and 1066(William the Conqueror bookmark)
