I like the controller aspect of the skin. However, I am not a fan of the slide. Maybe just go for something more traditional

If this had a lenticular effect I think this would be a smash hit also the buttons need more of a 3d feeling!

Love the skin, but I think you should work more on the Normal Maps, the buttons doesn't look 3D at all
