All I see are the collection of WW1 mods and the Collection of Configs, I don't see any collection that has the same mod list as this config. I would rather not add a bunch of mods that aren't in this config just to use this one, in order to maximize performance and use the most bots without lag

Have you considered using a collection to have all the mods together? I don't think there's a way to subscribe to all the required mods at once so you have to do it manually every time instead of just clicking once
