Hey, I am not updating for some time at least because I can not justify the time investment without knowing how far modding will go. I really wanted to make Missions for this but I am unsure it will ever be possible. I hope modding gets improved more and eugen has done some things especially with that new testmode I heard about.
I updated the description to reflect that, I had forgotten it still said I was working on the update. If you want to play real bad you can still revert to the older version of the game.

To do that right click on the game in your steam library, go to Properties and then Betas. On the top right of the window click on the arrow with none and select the compat_146198 instead. The game will now download the previous version and you will be able to play the mod.

The mod is still on an older Version v146198. You have to downgrade your Version.

why can't i enable?

yeah this mode is awfully updated i run the game on mod version too but when i do that i can't even enable to the mod so yeah bro has to update this one

The mod is on update 146198 so not the current one. You need to revert your game to play it. I made a test version which still has some bugs and it wrongly updated this one instead of uploading the test version. So I reverted this one to the old update with the steam workshop function to revert. Thats why it shows an update. The mod is in the grey area, which is strange - the update is current. Please check it for functionality.

Update is almost done guys, its just that there keep problems popping up and I havent even tested most units yet. So its hard for me to say how long it will be. Its was a lot to do because I had to go through all units and also work on the 25th Division from the Iranians I was about to add when eugen updated.

Maybe in 2026, my focus for now is to make more Divisions. My hope is that then the map editor will support having custom assets and then there will be some people who integrate/make assets for WARNO map making by 2026/2027.

Will there be a map created for these divisions?

An irregular faction / unit would be super cool. Low cost units, all able to forward deploy from start except for commanders, weak, cheap, would go hard.

It adds extra divisions, all base game divisions are untouched.
Yeah I am on it, I have to go through every unit and change their TScannerConfigurationDescriptor among other things so its going to take some time. Once again loads of changes by eugen that you dont really see ingame but are work to implement (although to be fair they improve modding for the future).

Does the mod remove the other base game divisions or is does it add extra divisions? And please update the mod!

@bennyx669 Use "Wemod" you can have inf units or as many as you desire its a logistics wet dream.

Afaik it is not possible at the moment to even enable 2 mods at the same time. Eugen is working on making mods more compatible with each other (f.e. they changed DeckSerializer so modders can create their own and that would make that part of mods compatible with other mods). But it will take some time until eneugh aspects of mods can be compatible to have a practicle effect.
For supply mods specificly I think they work by giving every unit more supply one by one. So the Iranian and Iraqi supply vehicles would not have more supply even if they were compatible. Unless there is some kind of constant that changes how much each supply point is worth but I haven´t messed with that.

Can you make compatible with other mods, especially mods with more supplies, i need to make a desert storm ambient

Short answer: No its not possible but will be in the future.
Long answer: I am not completely familiar with all the assets we have in the editor to be honest but we cant add our own yet so its not really possible to make it in a good way. Eugen is working on letting us import our own assets into the map editor so its gonna be possible in the future to make maps on different climate zones (the war was not just in the desert). But I have a lot of work still to do with creating divisions and only have so much time so new maps are probably gonna come next year. Until then eugen will probably have improved the map editor and maybe the community will have started gathering, importing or making assets for desert and middle eastern style maps so I could build on that (because I am not a 3D Artist).

Hey нет, flags for Units is UniteDescriptor.ndf and CommonTextures.ndf. Gotta create your own folder structure to match the vanilla entries in CommonTextures.ndf. I recommend you go on the Eugen Discord modding channel and search through that for these types of questions, they have been answered there multiple times. And if you have a problem understanding how something works its easier to ask/communicate there.
