Interesting report, and thanks for it, but I have not had this issue. It likely is some form of mod incompatibility.

Im not exactly sure why, but this mod seems to break if you die and don't actually complete a run. Unlocki won't show up in shops after that no matter when you arrive until you close and reopen the game and start a new run.

Hp increase doesn't seem to affect mom's foot. Her max hp increases but she just starts the fight with %20 of her hp bar empty.

This mod is so good, it replaces 3 mods I was using before to guarantee Boss Rush, Hush, and runs continuing after Mother. I like the 20% health increase especially, because for me the game is way too easy and later floors are snoozefests. Every single run I become gamebreakingly OP without even trying.

So in fact, I wish it was configurable because personally, I'd make the health increase percent even higher, or ideally, make it increase each chapter (basement/downpour chapter is 20%, cave/mines chapter is 40%, etc.) Maybe I could commission it as an addon to this mod, is that allowed? On a tangent, I also had an idea to make the completed knife not deal any damage, as it makes Mausoleum/Gehenna too easy, but maybe instead, it could also be made as an addon to this mod too: you pay Mr Unlocki for a special key that opens the Corpse Door but prevents knife pieces from spawning...

for some reason can't give mr.unlocki a coin, I can still blow them up and I can cheat the item in so I can use it but I dunno what rep+ did to make the mod a bit janky

Maybe its because it was an XL floor, but the blue womb hole in Mortis is still broken, After I exit and re enter the room, when I jump to the hole, it turns red and instead it sends me to Sheol, this one being kinda buggy, cus the Satan Portrait uses a cut off mother portrait.

If you leave with the right timing you can get him to stay after spitting out a key and you can farm them infinitely

Also I think it'd be pretty cool if picking it up gave you a key but only if you have 0 at the time of pickup to guarantee the ability to go to the downpour, or if having unlock key made the downpour door free

Is this mod supposed to do something in greed mode? If not, can you add a check so it doesn't run in greed mode? Right now, if this is installed with "runs continue past mother in greed mode" then it causes a crash when you go past mother in greed mode.

Is it possible to make compatibility with mods “Last Judgment” and “[RGON] The Witness in Repentance”? In the second case, when picking up the key, the passage to Silence, after killing the Mother has a 25% chance to appear over the cliff (if you do not have flight or stairs, you will not get there). And in the case of the first one, on the Mortis floor, when you enter the passage, from that side it is displayed incorrectly, and there is no hatch at all

Has anyone tested if it still works with Rep+?

it has the tag to be global and in all my testings it worked globally so not really sure whats up with that

The key only works with one form of Tainted Laz, not treated globally

What happens if I get the key while having the runs continue past mother mod and defeat mother?

...One issue, though, not really a fault of this mod, but: Fiend Folio special shaped shops and the sewing table kinda mess with the visual of Unlocki poking out of the floorboards a bit. Doesn't seem to mess with functionality, so far, but it does kinda ruin the effect.

yeah, XL corpse floors are glitched. the hush entrance was replaced with a cobweb.

Hi there! I don't know if this is a bug or it is intentional, but when the corpse floor is XL, there's no entrance to Hush, only a poop in the center of the room.

I really like this mod I must say. Thou I have a small question, Can Tainted Cain even pick up Mr. Unlocki's key? That question was sitting in my mind for a while.

2 things: ABSOLUTELY BROKEN WITH R KEY and mr unlocki is at greed mode, but I think it would be cool by Mr Unlocki being at greed mode but not greedier and when you get his key in greed mode there are still 10 waves but enemys are WAY HARDER and like millions of champions but the good thing is instead of the final greed boss dying at golden statue he dies like he does in greedier mode unlocking the unlock for greedier on greedy mode

I found this mod through Mattman's video, and I've been wanting to try it ever since. I love the concept and character design, but I think it's a bit too easy or the time limit is too long. Some characters even start with more than one coin, and unlocking the Forgotten requires defeating the first floor boss in under 1 minute, making the 1:30 and 1 coin requirement seem like a giveaway. Personally, I'd tweak one of these aspects, but that's just my take. Overall, it's an amazing mod
