If there was a compatch for culture expanded once it finally updates, that'd be interesting since both have cultures that speak "African Vulgar", but as it is, they're treated as two separate languages with the same name.
Fixed!
I have noticed one other issue. This mod causes Armenians and Georgians to have an unnamed heritage, rather then the Caucasian heritage.
Fixed the Akan in Crimea, they changed the province in the current version so it was an incompatibility
Cultures Expanded adds Crimean Gothic.
