Fixed a bug that made the Caucasian heritage disappear.

Brought it up to the current game version. Fixed the bug where northern Crimea had the Akan culture. Added a new culture (Bastarnic), character (Kaigiza), and Arianism. Also added religious head titles for both Arianism and gothic paganism. Merobaudes is now secretly Arian while Audulf is openly Arian.

Brought up it up to the current game version. Took a while since had to finagle the trash ass Gothic culture they included in their new updates into being replaced with the one I made, alongside replacing the character history files. Should work now though.

Added (extinct) Gothic culture and Alþeis Sidus religion, representing Eastern Germanic paganism. Cultures have also been proliferated into counties. They number in the single digits but this effectively makes all the Eastern Germanic cultures except for Gothic not extinct.
