*Reduced yin/yang -order for province harmony (there's already plenty of heavy -order going around, it's discouraging and unengaging to have using province yin/yang pile on it so much. Iron Disciplinarian 1/2/3 will now fully counter province yin/yang 1/2/3. sounds good right?)
*Slightly reduced yin +upkeep cost for province harmony
*Increased yang +campaign sight for province harmony
*Slightly increased yang +movement for province harmony
*Moved some +growth out of province harmony and into factionwide harmony
also some equalization with the starter hero traits

There was a mod for the old system that made it so harmony can be maintained even if with one point of imbalance towards each side.
This allows for a much easier build and many less headaches, specially now with the provincewide harmony.
Could you make a submod like that for this? Affecting both province and factionwide harmony.
-maybe make it so harmony just checks once at the start of the turn, so that all changes apply simultaneously. e.g. recruiting a new lord will not change your harmony until the start of the next turn when buildings and techs are completed, meaning you can better mix sources for harmony modifiers
-a forecast would be nice, which tells you what your harmony would be next turn(either with the above mechanic or just buildings and techs for normal)
a) do something similar to the new mechanic where all provincial states are somewhat equally strong(but that doesn't fit too well lorewise imo)
b) the above, but also make it so when you have global disharmony(e.g. 2 yang), all yang aligned provinces get debuffs (similar to how currently yang buildings provide less income). So when you have global harmony all provinces get equally balanced buffs, which fit to their alignment, but when you are in disharmony the respective provinces get debuffs across the board.
That way you could have yin and yang provinces as long as global harmony is preserved
My problem with that is that you don't really get the balancing experience of the old mechanic, where you try to balance out all harmony modifiers(from buildings, techs, lords and heroes), and instead the buildings do their own internal harmony, and effectively are not in the pool with lords, heroes and techs.
