You can define your own sorting using shelves. That would be the current workaround. As I have only customised config files here, I cannot (yet) tell you how I can customise the icon. If a modder sees / reads this: I would be happy to give you tips for the implementation.

I have changed the painkillers based on penoxycyline. This should correct the handling and properties now. Does it work now? @ClaytonP05
