It's not a pathfinding problem, because can order any guard to go in pasive or desactivate the task and they will inmediately go for food.
Maybe the real problem of this issue is the range at the guards detect the enemies, as they can't fire them but keep in combat mode until die by hunger.
Have to try this mod, let's fix the ia for now.
Do I have to put the turret guard job as the only job?
