You need to build each their own houses like any other towns person, second, you need to make "Dating Kits". Those are tricky to make, let alone find information on them. So allow me to be your Guide.

If you're interested in the sus, ONLY ZOOLOGIST AND HARPY GIRL have scenes.
(Bummer, I know.)

With the nonsense of crafting and searching, I recommend you download this mod called "Cheat Sheet"

This allows you to spawn the NPCs and dating kits, saving hours of time.

Lastly, Harpy Girl only has 1 scene, and Zoologist has 3. All 4 are honestly mid at best and the Terrarian used in the scenes isn't your character, but rather a random blonde hair blue eyed guy.
