The smiling somen should be the last cosmetic with the Shogun theme. Adding another would clutter hats of that theme.

There's nothing wrong with having alternatives, especially when one person's execution of an idea's different enough to be its own thing. Maybe this item's tailored towards people that don't want something that completely covers Soldier's face and just want something cool over his mouth.

It looks similar to the handsome devil cosmic tbh. Its not bad but definitely like not unique enough to differentiate.
