What does element_script.ini do ? Is everything there handled by the other files ?

Just built it to test if it works, not a final placement.

Just a few points that might be worth considering.....
Does not require boards, asphalt or bricks. Most of the other "regular" type stores need those as well.
2367 days to build seems excessive, check the others available of comparable size for a guide.
Twenty five workers only, perhaps around forty.
