Press E to go into direct control, switch with T to third person, then scroll/ right click to go into first person.
If you want native accuracy, go into the mod folder and delete the properties folder.
“Increased Accuracy”
thank you!
Works fine for me, else tell me what exactly is busted.
It stands for Fog of war
I'm noob
But nice mod!
If they are not compatible you can tell me the mods you are speaking of and I will consider changing the third person damage.
If those other mods only increase third person damage, it should be compatible with this mod exept for the accuracy which will be overwritten.
I have decided to change this mod to focus on third/- first person gameplay. I will make separate mods for any other cool features like tracers, flashes, etc. so that you can pick what you want.
I would keep the reload bar in the crosshair because it is an important information that, otherwise, is placed in a portion of the screen that the player is not looking at. It's just a QoL feature, I must state. It's not a deal-breaker for me.
Another feature I miss is the indicator of where my gun is pointing in 1st/3rd person. The crosshair shows where I want the gun to aim, but (in case of tanks) the turret is still rotating and I don't know where the gun is actually aiming at. Again, this is more of a QoL feature, but, unless you had some specific reason to remove it, IMO it should remain.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks you for sharing your feedback.
1)/ 2) As you are the second person complaining about this issue, I will consider re-adding the human/ vehicle interface
3) This mod unlocks gun range in third person control, which is why I removed the range interface, make sure to load the mod last so that it works properly
4) I have removed the black reload bar underneath the crosshair because you can already see the reloading status in the weapon interface
So far, this is what I have experienced. I would appreciate if you could comment on them. Thanks for your contribution!
1) I can no longer see the vehicle information panel on the bottom left side of the screen, which prevents me from seeing which vehicle parts are damaged when they are hit, or estimating how badly the vehicle was hit, and how long it would take me to fully repair it.
2) In 1st/3rd-person mode, the information about the vehicle occupants was also removed, like someone else posted here before. Thus, we are unable to see how many people still remain in the vehicle and what is its current effectiveness.
3) Distance to target is no longer available. Because the guns cannot fire unless within their specific range, this severely hinders strategic positioning, since you don't know how close/far you are to the target.
...continues next post.
Yes I play with this mod myself in multiplayer and there are no connection issues. There are no changes to networking. Recheck if it is really this mod that is causing the problem.
@ohexra
You mean the bottom left vehicle Interface in Third Person? Yes I disabled that as well as the crew Interface.
I don't know what you mean by effectiveness but if you mean the crosshair that tells you penetration propablity in Third Person, yes I also disabled that.
@Betty Spaghetti
I don't know, try it.
All in all, better then anything the devs have brought out yet 🙃
