I just re-downloaded it and it worked just fine. Might require the track limits MOD. Let me know if you have that MOD and it does work for you.

i'll look into it, it worked when I tested it but very difficult to manage overlapping tracks.

I just realized that there is no launcher get over the hill that's why it doesn't work.
