For some folks who are saying it doesn't work, I found that the Thorium mod stops the Simple Auto Chests from restocking in the morning. Hoping this helps anyone!

@Author Happy to see you plan on continuing the mod. Until then, I'll enjoy the current version. I actually mostly play with Thorium, Calamity and Spirit so not many other mods are on my mind for these chests.

Changed PCs and am doing college stuff, I'm still working on the port, but no promises on a release date.

Yeah, it was also one of my favorites as well. Almost the same name, yeah? I talked to the original dev about it when 1.4+ came out, he said he'd do it if he felt like it, but wasn't sure. That was when 1.4 first came out, I suggested I would port it with his name as the original creator but he told me no. It hasn't returned, so it's officially dead. Which is why I was stoked to see it on here suddenly thinking he changed his mind. Not so much, but thanks for doing this!

This was a mod I absolutely adored and am glad to see someone reviving. Hopefully I'll get to play with it soon.

Well I'm planning a rewrite for the mod in general hopefully soon, 1.4.4 supports most major mods at the moment and I believe that I can optimize some of the outdated code. No promises on a release date though, this is a passion project trying to revive a mod I really liked in 1.3 and was originally going to be for personal use. I don't plan on fixing a bug in a mod that's going to be outdated soon.

Cosmolight bug is still here for anyone who used it in 1.3, I used it for testing when making the mod

From my testing the ore gatherer works as intended, I tested using 70% pickaxe power and above though, 70% being the minimum tier to craft them. Has been working exactly as intended for me, If you keep having issues with it, let me know and I'll look for maybe a source of error in the mod.

The gatherers harvest every morning, It has been working for me, but ill make sure real quick.

Finally, such a wonderful mod appeared, but it doesn’t work for me, nothing has happened for more than 20 minutes, I put a lot of ore chests, put different types of pickaxes in them, I also tried to change the position of the pickaxes in the chest, but nothing, bugs or you have to wait longer
