Any chance you might know why Frost Mark Target might disappear in the upgrade screen? My guess it's related to the Frost Division mod which I had first with Mod Jam+ prior to adding in your Technician mod. I've since removed Frost Division and unsubscribed. Once I did the Frost Mark Target area of the Cpl upgrade column is blank and non-selectable.
