This is a stand alone Texture pack just like Dirks's is stand alone which need to be activated.
If you are referencing maps like Blackwood and grapeseed the custome textures are built into the map and not stand alone

strangely, it appears this mod needs to be activated manually, as it doesn't get activated automatically when Elliot Pond is activated, like how most map mod prerequisites work.
