The only way to attack an enemy inside trenches (if not by mortars) is to use suppressive fire(support fire) near trees and the ground. If the trench was not fulfilled with little stones, sand, branches and leaves THEN the bullets could traverse 30 inches of loose soil.

@cleMoH4308 trenches are designated so enemies cannot fire back at the enemies, that's a common WWII strategy and the main purpose was to counter attack infantry that are in prone position. MANEUVER and FIRE !!!

If you use Soldier FSM with FIPO in these trenches the AI will peek over the trenchline.
No need to adjust the trenches :)

this. this is what arma needs. not them vanilla POS's I hate the standard trenches in Arma, can never seem to mount on it, or if i do, it just shoots in the trench smh. Would love WW1 style trenches ngl.

trenches with shelter are bugged, in full height, due to the texture, the model stands up,
In general, the mod is quite excellent, there are not enough open trenches so that they can be connected in sections

Ok, I'll update the description. You can use this on any map. Its just I made it for my map so it blends in very well

From my testing it fits pretty well (better than the A2 earthen ramparts and artillery nests) on many grassy terrains

they are great, its sad they wont be getting updates but still easily some of the best trenches (even if small) that i have seen! If you ever change your mind and do decide to update it my only suggestion would be different terrain variants to fit with more terrains!
