I like this, but I think it could be greatly improved by allowing the player to toggle a bell-curve setting.

Would it possible to specify age ranges for specific categories of pawns? Specifically, I'd like to make it so raiders only spawn as adults. I keep feeling sorry for the teenagers raiding me and recruiting them, and I've got too many pawns in my colony. XD

how about a mod like this but instead of deciding the pawns ages, its the research level of the planet aka all factions thats linked to your own colony level?
So i can force my planet to grow in time/history steps alongside me and not having some still be tribals when their nextdoor neighbor has spacer tech

I set my world to age 2-9. Had a delegation of child soldiers in pitch black rompers, kid helmets and assault rifles arrive to ennoble one of my 5 year olds. My ten year old almost works 24/7 just to supply everyone with food. Best mod ever.

It's from BioTech. Babies and children do work, it's just that it seems the exclusive spawning of them in special circumstances is screwed over by the mod.

Is this a bug or is it intended? Refugee baby pods, children-only events and children-only raids (which somehow exist in debug options) don't correspond well with who they spawn. Even with the range adjusted down below, no babies nor children spawn.

Only affects spawns, pawns age at the normal rate

Does this only affect the age the pawns spawn at, or does it prevent them from aging past the limit too?

This is amazing. Is a mod like this but only applying to specific factions possible, like having it be that the cannibal faction eats and therefore has no elderly?

Does it influence skills of those pawns? I mean that older pawns ofeten have much more developed skills than teens. So when we will set max age at somekind young limit every new pawn will be hardly educated, right?:highlvl:
