They unlock with the other charge weapons for crafting, or they can be purchased from traders. And as Slippery Jim pointed out, they can also spawn with raiders, which I'm still working on some settings for.

I have noticed some enemies have these equipped, which definitely made their siege more interesting lol

Is there a way to disable the ability for enemies to have these?

if u make the turrets can u make them stuffable and also make them able to be wall mounted.

Is the anesthetic immediate or does it take time to take effect?
If it does take time, does being shot multiple times reset the timer?
