The hogwarts server Gus is talking about is indeed ran by the same guy, he keeps switching his map name to something else to avoid their shit from getting blacklisted and this was one of them.

Getting the map name blacklisted is one way Facepunch keeps combating hogwarts rp, they try to avoid this by also blacklisting whatever gamemode they keep renaming it to, their title of the server and the IP of the server.

Honestly I couldn't care about hogwartsrp not being blacklisted but if you wanted to know more about the situation with their server, I can tell you there's a whole video about them. However I'm not gonna post something that people might not care enough about on here.

Also,(as far as I know) Spycakes and O.B. used this map without any credit.

Hey Mergastroll, a few hogwartsrp servers tried circumventing their blacklist by renaming their maps to rp_rudmerge which then led Rubat to blacklist your map by mistake/association. So any servers that use your map also get hidden, you should clear that up with him and try and DMCA the fuck out of Puma (the guy who runs those servers).

This map is very good, and i loved finding all of the easter eggs, but I really hope someone makes a navmesh for when i get together with friends on the map. Spawning NPCS in it would be fun, especially with the map size and dark ambient. It'd make it pretty darn scary.

This is the only few maps that made me go "Wow this is good". Like, when i just run around mindlessly and check the buildings out, i can feel that this map was made with actual love and passion for the project. The creator did a really good job, this map is perfect for an 80's setting.

The original Rudmerge was Scary-comic, like it had dark lore but (most of the times) in a funny way.
