but also, even with the magic gel thingy equipped i still cant transform, and theres no control section to set a keybind for it, how do i transform?

You have NO IDEA how many dreams I've had for a mod like this, playing as a slime has always been my greatest terraria fantasy for as long as I've played it, and now I can die absolutely peacefully.

That's an outdated version, and also one the mod should already work on. Use the most recent version of tMod, unless you want issues.

No, the point of slime movement is to not have wing flight. Turn slime movement off to have wings.

Anyway to make the slime movement mode allowed to use wing flight?

I've got a lot of stuff to do, and there's already a backlog of suggestions for this, so no promises. Maybe at some point, sure.

hey, this is a really good mod and im currently doing a calamity playthrough challenge with only being able to do stuff as a slime, and i have a few suggestions.

1. slime hats
can you make it so slime can wear hat?

2. slime squish controls
you know how it kinda squish when you jump? it would be good to toggle the squish/level of squish.

3. different slime types
this is by far the hardest suggestion, but you could make it so green is base slime, and there are other slime types with different extra abilities. here are some concepts:
a. spiked blue slime
every 5 seconds, it fires spikes that do about 10 damage per spike and can disappear on contact with enemies or enemy projectiles.
b. lava slime
while spawn lava if damaged. the lava disappears after a second or two. friendly npcs are immune to this lava, and the lava slime is immune to all lava.

With Slime-Like Movement turned off, wings work, though they're not shown.

-Squire Slime * Crafting: copper shortsword + copper helmet + orange dye + yellow magic gel * Power: Additional 6 defense
-Clumsy Slime * Crafting: arrow + purple mucus + purple magic gel * Power: 5% more damage using bows
-Surly Slime * Crafting: any evil powder + bloody tear + red magic gel * Power: 5% more health during blood moon
-Cool Slime * Crafting: brown dye + Jim's Cap + green dye + green magic gel * Power: Drop 35% less coins when dying
- Mystic Slime * Crafting: summer hat + pink dye + yellow dye + yellow magic gel * Power: Jump like a basic slime transformation. Can be upgraded with a golden frog to jump EVEN HIGHER

[PART 2]
-A new enemy that will drop an Icicle, new material needed to craft ice spike slime transformation
-If you add holy/unholy water and angel/demon wings to any basic magic gel, you transform into a heavenly slime/slimer that is able to fly (angel wings flying stats because both wings only differ in recipe and vanity)
-If you add a present and a flame/green flame/silver dye for color to any basic magic gel, you get a present slime transformation
-Forgotten Pine (red and green) Dye, new drop from Everscream, used to make Red Gel-Green Ribbon present slime transformation
-Pinky transformation
-Shimmer Shortsword * Recipe: Shimmer Gladius in Hardmode * 45 melee damage


And now - Town Slimes transformations! They jump lower, but grant you some bonuses (even if those may be useless):
-Nerdy Slime * Crafting: sky blue dye + goggles + blue magic gel * Power: 2% chance for EVERY enemy to drop 1-5 books

[PART 1]
It may does not fit the slime experience, but here are some suggestions to turn into other slimes than just the basic ones. WARNING: It's very long:


-If you add some jungle spores to green magic gel, you transform into a jungle slime (it works just as normal slime transformation since on surface it doesn't differ from other slimes that much)
-If you add an umbrella/umbrella hat to blue magic gel, you transform into umbrella slime (you fall sligtly slower because thats how umbrella works in Terraria)
- If you add a shiny red balloon (and optionally orange/yellow/green/sky blue/purple dye for balloon color) to surface slime magic gel (green, blue and purple), you gain ability to glide if there is wind
- If you add sand, ice, a gold bar, a lava bucket or corresponding evil powder to any basic magic gel it will change skin (Vicious powder will give you crimslime and vile powder will give you corrupt slime. After crafting lava slime transformation you get your empty bucket back)
