@Yggdrasil - Hunter stealth bonuses are extremely powerful and so there needed to be a fair cost associated with that. Think of it as modding a bolt action with a big fancy scope rather than building the rifle from scratch. Or you could simply change the costs in the Def if you feel that it is too expensive :)

Why is it so expensive to make? I understand taking longer, or needing a higher crafting skill. but what's with the ingredient costs?

@Spirit Acker - I have no idea. I've never used CE myself so I wouldn't know where to start. I imagine it would perform the same as any vanilla weapon.
