Tifa and Aerith's unique traits aren't targeting what they should. Tifa's targets her military fleet when they're all planet bonuses. Aerith is the same, targeting her Science Ship.

这里有一个问题，两人的加成全是给科学船或者是舰队所属的，刚开局给的那个不能用在帝国上面，全是给飞船加的完全没有用处的

You can create a english localisation for this mod though, and it is not difficult, i checked, it only has the traits which may affect appearance and required to be translated.

Be selective with your planets when using Aerith's transform barren planet decision: the planet becomes twice the size it started at, and Barrens can spawn at up to 30.

Of course, the localisation is borked for their recruitment. Thing is, aside from their unique council traits, they had no other traits.
