传奇领袖拓展-蒂法和爱丽丝

Description
开局5年会固定在首都刷出一个特殊项目事件，需要科研船进行研究，研究完毕后会就可以招募蒂法，爱丽丝在蒂法招募5年后出现
蒂法为舰队司令，爱丽丝为科学家

蒂法招募后每10年会右25%概率直至刷出个人事件为止。

爱丽丝有1次能力可以通过星球决议对荒芜星球进行改造，完成后每10年有25%概率恢复能力。

10级会获得一个通用特质

Tifa and Aerith's unique traits aren't targeting what they should. Tifa's targets her military fleet when they're all planet bonuses. Aerith is the same, targeting her Science Ship.

这里有一个问题，两人的加成全是给科学船或者是舰队所属的，刚开局给的那个不能用在帝国上面，全是给飞船加的完全没有用处的

You can create a english localisation for this mod though, and it is not difficult, i checked, it only has the traits which may affect appearance and required to be translated.

星球扩容+30，太大了，+10就差不多了。
