This is pretty good Level. I've give it a 10/10, I also like some of the References that were added to the map.

That is strange. but sadly i can't help you as i've never experienced this issue on the level myself.

Have you checked the rooftops, security shacks and underground shoppe?

I have added at a Logic zone below the level who that should automaticly kill any enemies incase they somehow glitch out of the level. otherwise you may have encountered one of those rare bugs that can happen sometimes.

i cleared the whole map but there was still enemies and i couldn't find em
