Seems to me that Chowrfs can't have any of their factories or outpost to tier 4. Even when started new games the AI can build the Tier4 settlement but my chworfs stuck at tier 3 outpost

I don't have chorfs DLC so i can't test it but see if Building slot submod for Mixer fixes the chorf building slot issue

Can ignore my comment, hadn't come across the UI scale setting before which resolves that particular issue

@Do your part! - I'm also finding that and don't think I have any slot extender mods on. Causes issues on major settlements with extra slots like Altdorf where there are 3 minor settlements, can't upgrade them as the settlement slot is stuck behind the UI showing growth etc
