This mod has been turned into a gene! Compatibility with HAR is uncertain at this point.

Ooh, I didn't know that.
And thank you for your dedication.

I'm going to be trying to turn this into its own gene sometime soon(ish), though I'm not planning on adding it to any existing gene since the only one that truly stops all the negative effects of old age is ageless.

Non-senscent may prevent age related ailments, but it doesn't impact the gradual loss of immunity speed that comes with old age, so I don't think it would apply as a complete stopping of biological erosion.

Is it possible to tie this mod to the nonsenescent gene since it stops your biological functions from getting old?

I just saw the post about you throwing out a patch, I'll enable one of the mods to take a look.

Turns out I'm that someone, I just had to actually look in the right place. I've added a HAR patch that makes all races follow human rules. The only exception to this right now is the Kilhn because all exceptions will require their own patch. Let me know if you have any other races that require correction.

Will do. If you find any other weird issues, please let me know here or on the discord server.

Well if you happen to find someone, keep me in mind for testing.

I have pinned the discussion on both mods. Thank you for the help! Unfortunately, this is one of those things where I don't have the slightest clue how to fix the issue. I'm afraid it will require someone who understands the system better I do to fix it.

So long as Steam approves of it, I have posted the discussion in both this mod and your Always Very Fertile mod pages. I did my best to describe how to counter HAR's coding on fertility. While I don't think you will, should you ever make the attempt to work on the coding more to try to get it to work, I would be more than happy to help confirm as I had to get rid of the Kilhn Race mod that uses HAR to get this to work properly. And I really like the Kilhn Race since they're humanoid dragons.

I think you should be able to make a discussion post on both of the mods. I'll look at pinning them in the morning.

@alite: After further investigation, the Vanilla Race Expanded, and Anthrosona mods are compatible with this mod and Always Very Fertile. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the Kilhn Race mod requires the Humanoid Alien Races (HAR) mod, the Kilhn Race, or any other race mods that have a dependency that requires HAR to be active, are not compatible with these always fertile mods. I have found a work-around, and am willing to share it with your permission in a pinned thread if you'd allow me.

Perfect! Thanks <3

Always Very Fertile has been made.

Any chance for a version that makes old age have no fertility penalty at all? Maybe as a gene or something? That would be cool!
TSense Jun 4, 2023 @ 7:46am
ChJees Androids, have a whole colonie of them and only the old ones aren't fertile
Alite  [author] Jun 4, 2023 @ 5:00am
Most aliens are covered. Anything that is sterile by default(i.e. androids) would require a specific mod that removes the sterile status so they follow normal fertility rules.
TSense Jun 4, 2023 @ 4:33am
does this only affect humans or all (alien) races, because my Android still hit that 0%

You're welcome.
