Yesss thanks for this! Not only is it annoying but hypocritical when certain leaders condemn me for literally doing the same thing they just did but more effectively. Coming to my court to disavow me with blood staining their hands, mouths and togas. Get out here with that. Good stuff friend.

Yea I kinda forgot to make that option and was too lazy to fix it because you can just pick future and its almost the same.

I updated the mod with the option, hopefully I haven't broken anything because it's been a while since I last worked on mods

Only works with DLC.. wonderful.. does anyone know a mod like this that works for base game? All of them are out of date and said to not be working..

Hi Phyrax,
your mod has been translated by Junky into German and the translation is now part of the German translations for Civilization VI mods mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.

@R2K As far as I know, that doesn't happen, especially not with my mod. If you completely take out a civ and then meet a new one, there should be no diplomatic penalty because the grievances of the guy you took out don't exist anymore. But if you take out a civ while knowing other civs, they will get grievances against you, so maybe that's what you mean (the new civ then doesn't like you because it sees that you have grievances with everybody for taking someone out). That's what the second option in this mod is for with the conquering final city text.

@Phyrax, I mean when u start war it seems every single AI has same warmonger points against u even if u never met them before and they never met u.
Picture this u are at war with Rome. U conquer him and take his cities, next turn your scout finds new civilization and it instantly blames u being aggressor while turn before u and Rome didn't even knew it existed.
But I'm starting to think it's impossible cause AI has no fog of war.

@R2K I'm not sure what you mean. It sounds to me like you want exactly what this mod already does. If you set it to a late era, no AI should immediately hate you when you meet them.

Can u make one that makes each AI it's own hate counter? It's so stupid u meet new nation and their response is - WE hate YOU! Cause u did... .Well we don't know but still hate u.
Or option so some AI don't care or even support u in your aggression?
