I will probably make a V2 of the Wallpaper one day when I find a better BG for the valley of the end, I will update the renders of Naruto
40 MB are the mp3s which is fine (but I would reduce this as well, you don't have to tho).
Around 50 MB are the "texures files", which is fine considering that there are A LOT characters.
The rest it's just effects and mainly masks, maybe you can change the texture quality of the masks from RGBA 8888 to DXT5. Again, you don't really need to this to be honest.
This might get approved.
You could try to post it, but i don't think it'll get approved.
1. Right click on the texture files on wallpaper engine and open them with an external editor
2. Open the main character and relative shadows and simply put the shadows behind the "main character", then merge those two layers so that you can "save" and update in real time on wallpaper engine.
3. Before saving go on the top left corner on photoshop and click on "Image", then "Image Size", and it tells you pretty much everything that you need to know.
4. Reduce the dimensions of the textures IF the files are still heavy (from 3840x2160 to 1920x1080) BUT KEEP the "Resolution/DPI" to what you are currently using so that you won't loose to much quality (If you are currently using 3840x2160 - 72 DPI then do 1920x1080 - 72 DPI).
5. Use the in-built "scale" on wallpaper engine and set it to X:2 , Y:2 so that it gets back to the same dimensions as before.
I also get that you have a lot of files in it, but that shouldn't be a problem to begin with, I also have a lot of wallpaper that contains LOTS of texture layers (i got one with over 30 layers and it still is under 25 MB---> https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2208069304);
you just need to optimize those files since it's clear that there's a problem.
As for the approved tag, it doesn't really work like that.
Unless you fix the high files size, in your case, it's unlikely that it'll get approved since they already refused to.
Overall a good wallpaper, a bit heavy (in size more than anything, the texture memory that you see in the software depends on how many layers are shown when the wallpaper is actually applied).
A little tip to make the switch between all the characters: create a combobox instaed of a checkbox, it'll make the switching between all the character cleaner with a single click.
As for the other effects;
that "Disable for more FPS - Background effects" is barely noticeable, pump it up a bit or just remove it.
