Because of previous updates, this mod and the main branch are more compatible-friendly, that means the mod works as it is but I'm going to review it further this weekend.

I was planning to store a 3.14 zip inside the mod files once the transition for both Delta and Main happens.
@kahvipensas Hmm I will have to take a look at transcendent learning, Worthy APs used to trigger something when leaders were at lvl 10.
