hello everyone, i have uploaded a new competitive mod but without any balance changes for now, i need to play a little bit before i make more changes.

Sorry DreadReapr, your update puts my game back in English in my savegame. I'm sad because I like your rational changes in the game. I'm going to ask that Triumph also hire you with Kaige to give the best in future patches.

Hi DreadReapr, it's indeed your updates everything is back in order our beloved Game is back in my native language, I was able to continue my game on a scenario.
Be careful next time not to change too many useful things for the saves to be compatible.

ok i think i know why, anyway june 30 and today's updated are reverted because of some issues with magic materials. now it should be ok with language. let me know if it's not

I love the bug fixes, not a fan of the balance changes though, but I understand this is multiplayer, is there a way to get the bug fixes only? if Not, I understand, and sorry for sounding so ..rude, Dreadreaper.

i didnt consider this issue will happen for ai picking those blank society traits. i will see what i can do about it.
my priority is Multiplayer PVP

I see, I've had to fix several of my factions cause of this, but I digress. I don't like that the AI can now select pantheon traits,

I love all the other bug fixes and stuff but the pantheon stuff really throws me off. Eh, don't worry about my complaints, lol.

it's needed to unlock pantheon skills so no one has faction creation advantage over others in multiplayer.

i am aware of duplicate loadouts which is fine since you can only pick one

and as for the blank society traits at bottom, this is the original pantheon traits which i removed all of its effects and descriptions + made them cost 10 points so no one can pick them.

i have tried to remove them completely but cant figure it out yet

Dreadreaper? I think you really should remove the fact that the mod auto-unlocks the Pantheon traits and stuff.

If you already have them unlocked the normal way, it not only gives duplicates of the pantheon weapons in the loadout screen, but gives several blank society traits in the society trait screen.

Create a race using guardians of nature, when you go to add your name and stuff, it'll say placeholder where it usually lists the society traits

(Not in society trait selection, finalization.)

Note that i did not fix Reagent Refinery properly, i accidentally added 20 gold multiplier instead of flat bonus.

so sorry for that, i will fix it in the next Competitive PBEM (July) mod

thanks for the mod!

I found a bug that spider webs always cause much more damage than text described(maybe double?),it's seriously affects the balance of pvp。

thanks for suggestion but i dont plan to change how the game works and its mechanics unless i really have to. the mod will be conservative and will not have unecessary addons

Just a suggestion for the summoning, maybe lock some of the summons behind books. Both flavor wise and balance wise for things such as summon undead being locked behind tome of souls which would also make it more viable and really make more sense, elemental summoning behind earth tome or something similiar, maybe those books make it back to its original form. it would be a nice boost to some of those lesser used tomes and not see goody holy halfings randomly summon undead or demons summoning a unicorn.

Yes you can, and soon i will be releasing a Competitive mod for live games as well (auto vs ai). For now this mod changelog works for both live and pbem

in changelog i wrote it costs mana instead of gold, i didnt mention upkeep. it is the production cost when you build a demon gate

I looked at the list of bug fixes, and I think the evasion hero skills such as Defense I-III and Blink affecting melee is also a bug/rule-breaker that needs fixing, alongside full blight damage immunity on the Dread Spider Matriarch, which should be 8 blight res like most of the other fully-grown spiders.

i dont know the settings for the Massive Mod but mine are:
-Very far:
optimal distance between players = 17
additional hex per player = 30
- Extremely Far: 22 / 35

Note that Far = 13 / 26

in general yes, but i think there's a maximum map size set for each number of players in the game no matter how much player distance is increased.
