Basically: Its safer to ask than have that happen again
Plus: this one seems to be usable on titles such as the roman empire and other formables that normally can't be created without forming the title via decision. For context: the sketchy cheat menu doesn't allow to do that.
The only downside with the other option is that, until forming via decision, rome doesn't have any de-jure titles under it, but not like its a problem when you can just annex any other de-jure title with one button.
Also: yes, there are no single-feature mods allowing you to just grab titles with one button, at least none that I am aware of
As part of the Sketchy Cheat Menu mod and old Slvrbuus Cheat menu mod (not on Workshop anymore), but i don't recall a single feature mod offering it or don't recall it. IF it exists, then it should be easy to find with the search option.
Though pretty sure the "If the title does not yet exist, it will be created" feature is not part of the title grabbing options in aforementioned mods.
I like small single feature mods. :)
