dont think about using this with the newest version of AGOT cause it will mess up the dragon interface. Took me ages to find out which mod was doing that.

Also note: it is the only ruin i can't rebuild, so I don't know if its meant to be this way as well.

Does anyone know of a conflict with Oldstones and other mods? I'm trying to go through mine but can't find anything yet. But when i try to rebuild it it has a requirement stating needs to be a castle,city,temple but its unchecked and I it is preventing me from building it. Any help would be appreciated.

If you’re running this mod and agot special World then at the same time. Yeah it’s gonna conflict and crash.

I feel dirty enough publishing his work so I’m not gonna advertise it. But dear creator. Great mod. I’m sure you’re just taking a break from ck3. When you come back let me know and I’ll take it down. PS. When you do, add the flag= point of interest at each building entry. For the travel system.

To all this asking for an update. It actually works, just have delete anything that already had a special building slot. So no longer works with Lonly light as there is a temple there. I suppose I could just release my version that has been made compatible with agot city and walls/agot minor houses if this mod creator approves.

Whoops, nevermind my earlier (deleted) comment. Bonekit's Cheat Menu wouldn't let me sieze the Hardhome title. I can still inherit it normally tho. Your mod is fine.

Thanks for this, btw. I'm loving playing as Wildlings and building up Hardhome into a hub of civilization.

@Viv cool idea, probably better suited as a unique decision for the Manderlys

@nakekd jesus It's intentional, I gave it negative modifiers at Tier 1 since we're told that Duskendale's importance has dwindled ever since King's Landing has been built, and the entire Defiance situation, which is quite recent to the Rebellion, so I sort of tried to reflect that somehow. It can be upgraded however, to gain buffs eventually.

I second a special building after rebuilding Castamere. Or a level 1 ruined monument that you can upgrade to level 2 for the full benefits, if the trigger for rebuilding is difficult.

Great Weirwood of Raventree Hall gets a 10/10 from me, was hoping to see that eventually.

Suggestion wise, would be great to see a special building for Castamere and perhaps some of the other ruins as well.

Im so happy the modding community is so quick to jump onto creating sub mods for AGOT. this hype train will take a very long time to die. atleast for me. I myself was shocked that atleast the dreadfort didnt get a special building.

@Vortavor, for the Wolf's Den, the Manderly's did rebuild and expand it alongside the Old Castle, before building the New Castle and expanding White Harbor. There's precedent for that, at the least.

@Paladin Yes, unsure if it's going to be for the city itself or a castle holding yet.

I'd like to include as many things as i can at once in a future update, so it won't be necessary to make new saves each time something is added, but unfortunately i haven't had as much time as i hoped recently to work on it.

@AltoidsMaximus No, you do need to start a new save, the buildings won't appear in already existing saves.

@think_again93 Yeah that's what i was thinking too, i supposed having a precedent in lore is the key part, just as the possibility to restore Harrenhal in base AGOT. Besides, it's a fun thing to do.

@Mr.King As for now, I might do something for Lonely Light but if you have something specific in mind, let me know. Other than that, there's already a few special spots on the Iron Islands (a couple mines, Pyke, Nagga's Hill)

@Viv Hmm, i have a few ideas how to buff the Dreadfort to make it more valuable, needs a bit of experimenting. Overall, I did mean for some buildings to be stronger/weaker than others, let's say compared to kingdom capitals, hoping to avoid making them too unbalanced, although i suppose it's pretty subjective ;P

@White Wolf of the Whills Excellent suggestions for BTW, i have something in mind for Hardhome and perhaps the Fist of the First Men. Hellholt is a good one too, given that Dorne is not really the most exciting place ;)

I am not sure if the developers would add something for Lannisport but if they don't, would you consider adding a special harbor to the castle/barony for it or something? Thanks!

Definitely add upgrades to the special buildings, that's a fantastic idea, you could have a game rule to disable to upgrading if possible so the option is there for those that'd prefer a more lore friendly run.

But I'd love to see some alternate history possibilities of appropriate upgrades for some of AGOTs and your mods historical sites

CK3 is inherently going to be about creating alternative version of the world anyways. As long as the starting state of the buildings fit the lore, anything that happens afterwards works, imo As long as it's within the realm of possibility.
I love the Wolf's Den and Dreadfort ideas.

@Vortavor, I don't think that breaks the lore, though. The Red Kings would build up the Dreadfort, and the Wolf's Den was supposed to be a fortress to stop slavers in the White Knife. "Restoring" them or "expanding" them is well within the Lore's realm of possibilities.

Maybe you could also add Hellholt and it could have a similar bonus to the Dreadfort? The Hoise that owns it has a fearsome and dangerous reputation related to torture and Rhaenys is rumored to have been kept alive there during Aegon's Conquest.

I'd like to suggest places like the Fist of the First Men and Hardhome perhaps. Not sure what bonuses (or penalties) they'd have, but it definitely seems like it'd be noteworthy for a ruler north of the Wall to control one of these locations.
