The last of the dragon-led clans of Tarkir is here. You might notice that the civilization icon doesn't
exactly match in style with the earlier Tarkir mods, but I'm planning on updating those at some point into a similar style (based on Irkalla's tutorial on the Civfanatics forums) while possibly making small graphical improvements to icons or unit models.
