No, thats a thing with VPE, it has to be lake/fresh/pond water, instead of ocean water.

Updated, moved Materials Expanded patches to old patches, as it references the old version of Materials Expanded - Metal.

For anyone who needs this to 1.5 but can't wait, try editing the version in the about.xml and find out if it works.

What is the light level needed? Looking to set up a cave biome playthrough and would love to add some greens but wont get the 51% most need
