Some sort of Dismemberment cosmetic would be fantastic. SST:OP has a few uniforms with missing limbs to simulate wounded soldiers. Some sort of accessory that hides a specific limb(s), maybe in the facewear or NVG slot, that puts an invisible overlay on said limb(s) with a stump over it. That would be fantastic for any number of missions and scenarios, WWII, Nam, SCP, Aliens, etc. I know some mods that do similar attachments like AoD and TIOW, Webknight melee uses shields in the NVG slot attached to your arm.

Are those gibs or giblets flying off? Good old days of Quake! There was another blood mod call Blood Splurt that disappeared a long time ago...Was lightweight and amazing at the time..
