It does not clean streets, at least for me. I've had it running for a month of real time/game time (41.78) and it does not work.

Note: After testing, I found that using it with other mods causes the game to crash. After disabling this mod, the game loads normally. However, it is unclear which specific mods are conflicting.

@Pete Pablo - No it only cleans the environment. There is a B41 mod that lets rain clean clothes, but it hasn't been ported to B42. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2657661246

although i guess the blood fps mod says it clears everything inside each floor of buildings too but i assume for servers/host the remove blood timer will do that also

@Snapli Rain Wash is the mod that cleans the blood off your cars, not this one.

New features have only been added to the B42 variant of the mod. Rain Wash still works for B41 so I see no reason to backport this.

Sadly doesn't work for me. Its in the server activated (B41) and blood never gets cleaned from the cars.

@Akamir is there any way that you sound branch this to add a another effect? I was thinking that, while this is good (and I use it because... reasons) rain also has a muffling effect on sound, so making detection and sound range muffled when it is raining.

That something that you could look into?

It's OS specific but not an OS issue. It's an issue with the game, and in other cases various mods. It basically comes down to lazy coding.

Yes, apologies. The devs tried to shove the blame to the mods and I personally could not tell who's at fault here. I only had experienced case sensitivity issues with mods in the past, so I did not know who's making the call to write into that specific file.

I use the official mod options API as intended to be used by the game, no calls are made to save to the file system in the mod itself, this is all done by PZ internally.

If something breaks there, then it's most likely a PZ bug and should be reported to them.

Your mod (along some others) try to write into & consequently create a modOptions.ini instead of the intended ModOptions.ini. This confuses PZ and breaks the mod menu on case sensitive file systems (basically everything but Windows file systems).

Dying for the ability to wash clothes and the player in the rain. I'm on B42, started a new game and the water shut off on day 0. I have no way to clean my clothes or player :(

Added the option to also clean nearby vehicles. I tried to add a bit of randomness into it, but I need to do a proper playthrough in order to find values that feel right.

It'll take some time if your car is REALLY dirty.
