You cant directly translate them to Objects but you could create a custom object with an Effect Spawner component that spawns the Effect you want

Hello, I have this plugin and I would like to know if it is possible to make the mod work as objects too. It would be very useful for me to use with flags in my map while maintaining the same aesthetics as the plugin.

Watch the Plugin's Trailer! It shows you exactly how they work. They only show up for you as an in world effect.
