I'm sorry for asking but I have a doubt. Is it supposed for Crownless to be recruited by other bretonian lords? And also do you think of any of doing any more updates like integrating the Stalk stand into it. I saw it in another mod and it is not working for that one but I feel it would be a fitted style for someone who is fighting in an not honorable fight like Bertrand.

Something I just noticed. Crownless Lords (bow) have neither a name or entries in the detail panel during skirmishers.

Noticed an issue with Blessed Bretonia where crownless lords (greatswords) will have Alberic's shipbuilding horde mechanic when used together.

Can you remove their starting wars and replace it with Greenskins, or some other faction other than Bretonnia, or move them away from bretonnia? it seems they are wiped out consistently at turn 3 in my game, can be a combination of my mods, but its sad to see them go so early, poor bertrand.

You need Mixu's Faction Unlocker (Mixer) for this mod to work. If you are subscribed to both and it still doesn't work then try unsubbing from this mod and re-subbing to redownload the mod.

I found critical bug. Crownless lords after 4000 chivalry start with hidden free vow(reducing upkeep of knights), so upkeep of knights is completely free(0) with 'rumors of heroism','contacts in knightly order'

So what was happening was the skill was only adding to Base Weapon Damage instead of to both Base and Armor Piercing Damage. Most of the units have high enough base damage that they see an increase, but the great axe unit has very low AP so the bonus rounded down. I have fixed the skill so it will increase both types of damage.

Are the legendary heroes not available for other Brettonian factions when using recruit defeated lords?

Love the mod/faction, as I fondly remember seeing the models in my local hobbyshop, probably 25 years ago.

I have an issue though, which is the recruitment duration of the units. Recruiting the Brigand Crossbowmen takes 5 turns from my own horde camp. Normal Bretonnian units take even longer, for example 5 turns for peasant bowmen locally and 10 turns globally. Normal tier 1 brigands are recruited in 1 turn as it should be, but it's almost impossible now to get the higher tier units. What could cause this? I'm also using Lily's overhaul and I'm playing the Old World campaign.

can you make an option to have the new lords added by this mod exclusive to this faction? i'm currently fighting late game bretonnia factions and i see most of their armies are led by the new lords especially the crownless one, not sure what determines which lord the ai recruits, honestly not that i'm complaining as it is much easier to kill an archer type lord than the knight lord on a hippogryph or a flying annoying mage

Any of the other Bertrand or Brigand mods and also the Bretonnian Friar mod all need to unsubbed from if you want to use this mod. The only brigand related mod that is compatible is the Old World campaign compatibility mod.

maffers: I totally understand that. CA seems to have a pattern where a unit will do either very high base damage and then have a very low anti-infantry bonus, or much lower damage and moderate to high anti-inf.

Still, I am glass my feedback could be helpful. I really love your mod as I always like deploying more infantry and using more 'working class' units.

Bonus vs infantry isn't always correlated with base damage. Depth Guard who are supposed to be "Blood Knights of the sea" only have a measly +5 bonus even though they have a weapon damage of 64. I do think that lesser skilled units should have less of a bonus and brigands are lower skilled lore-wise so I have reduced their bonus to +6.

You are correct that nearly all greatsword units have a bonus vs infantry. The one exception I could find is Questing Knights. I have given Greatsword Crownless +14 bonus vs infantry (the same as Empire Greatswords).

maffers: Brigands and Brigand Raiders do +8 against infantry, but given their damage is 26, I think that is a bit too high. If you look at Sartosa Free Company, their bonus is +6 as they do 26 damage. High Elf Rangers do +8, but their damage is 28. Perhaps reduce the bonus of the Brigands and Raiders to 5 or 6 to match that pattern. I also think the Crownless Lord should have anti-infantry. Respanse has a greatsword and has anti-infantry, so that would be more consistent.

Are you cool with a submod that adds the Lily's Overhaul units for recruitment to the respective building chains for Crownless, as well as adding the hermit knights from graetor's Outremer to the Crownless worship building chain? :Pally:

I'm not sure what caused the mod conflict/ incompatibility but Bertrand, Hugo and Gui don't have any voice line? I unsub the Audio mod but still doesn't work at all.

Is there an easy way for me to disable crienles lords etc. for other Bret factions or even the possibility for an MCT option to disable for other factions? Thanks!
